Firstly we will need a consent form to be filled out and signed by your vet, this is available here . An initial assessment may then be booked. Once the form is completed it will need to be brought along to the first session with you and presented to the hydrotherapist.  

For new comers an initial assessment is always needed, we have two kinds of initial assessment, the first is for hydrotherapy and the second is for fun and fitness, these can take up to 1 hour and will give us chance to meet your canine companion, get to know them and allow them time to get used to the environment, this allows them not to be rushed if we run into any hurdles during their first visit.

Following your initial assessment, you will be able to book subsequent sessions either for hydrotherapy or fun and fitness swims. 

Yes, all dogs that come into the centre for hydrotherapy need a vet consent form, any registered centre will ask you for these forms it is for the health and wellbeing of your four legged friend and this is paramount when visiting the centre. 

You can be poolside with your dog, literally within touching distance. Here at Paddlin Paws we have trained hydrotherapists that are qualified to be with your furry friend in the water, you can be as close as possible without actually being wet, well until you get splashed! 

We can do double, triple and quadruple dog sessions. For safety reasons we offer 1-1 time between our hydrotherapist and your dog (So maybe more than one member of staff is needed). This ensures your dog gets the most out of their session and is absolutely safe when in the pool with us.  

With our self-service calendar you may rearrange your sessions up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If an appointment needs to be rearranged within 48 hours please contact us, please be aware that any adjustments within 24 hours will be non-refundable. 

Yes, of course we understand that some dogs may prefer a certain member of the team… We all know dogs and we do not mind at all. If you need a specific member of the team please contact us first before booking so that we may assist.
